These terms govern your use of services offered by Silver Cloud Digital Marketing. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

AI Income Launchpad provides education and implementation guidance. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, or professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and compliance.

Accounts and access

You agree to provide accurate information and protect access credentials. Product access is personal and may not be shared, resold, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase. AI Income Lab, if selected, renews monthly until canceled. Live payment terms will be administered through the configured payment provider.

Refunds

Refund requests for one-time digital products may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Because access is delivered immediately, refunds may be limited where substantial content has been downloaded or consumed, except where required by law. Requests should be sent to support@silverclouddigital.io.

Intellectual property

Website content, training, templates, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent access controls, infringe rights, or use materials for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee business outcomes, uninterrupted access, or the continued availability of third-party AI tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
